READY TO PLAY: your replica is checked before sale
Buying a new replica should not simply mean receiving a factory-sealed box.
This is why PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM includes the READY TO PLAY service in the price of every new replica: before sale, each replica is individually tested, checked and inspected by our workshop.
Our goal is to verify the product before delivery and, as far as possible through non-invasive checks, identify any anomalies that may already be present when the product is new.
What does READY TO PLAY include?
We do not simply take the replica from our warehouse and hand it over or ship it. Depending on the type and characteristics of the product, our checks may include:
- general visual inspection of the replica and its main external components;
- checking the correct operation of controls and selectors;
- functional and firing-cycle testing;
- checking BB feeding with a compatible magazine;
- checking the operation and adjustment of the hop-up system, where applicable;
- test firing and checking general operating consistency;
- performance measurements where included in our testing procedure;
- final inspection before sale.
The checks that can actually be performed depend on the technology used by each replica. AEG, GBB/GBBR, CO₂, HPA, bolt-action, AEP and other systems require different testing procedures.
READY TO PLAY is a pre-sale inspection and does not automatically involve disassembling or internally modifying a new replica.
Why do we open and test a new replica?
A sealed box shows that the product has not been opened, but it does not demonstrate that the product works correctly.
A replica is a system made up of numerous mechanical, electrical and/or pneumatic components. Even a new product may have an assembly issue, incorrect adjustment or defective component.
We therefore prefer to check it ourselves before sale rather than leave the customer to discover a possible problem during its first use.
The packaging of a new replica purchased from PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM may therefore have been opened by our staff to perform the READY TO PLAY checks. This does not mean that the replica is used: it means that it has been checked and tested before sale.
An additional check, not less warranty protection
READY TO PLAY does not replace, restrict or alter your statutory conformity rights under applicable law.
It is an additional pre-sale service included by PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM in the price of new replicas.
The inspection also allows us to establish the condition and operation of the replica at the time it is checked, providing a useful reference should diagnosis or assistance subsequently be required.
A pre-sale test cannot, of course, guarantee that a mechanical, electrical or pneumatic product will never subsequently develop a fault, nor does it constitute a commercial guarantee that the product will remain free from defects in the future.
In the event of a problem, the protections provided by applicable law and our warranty and assistance procedures remain applicable.
Correct use matters
The operation and reliability of a replica also depend on correct use. Unsuitable batteries, chargers, BBs, gas, CO₂, adjustments, maintenance or accessories may affect operation or cause malfunctions and damage.
For this reason, READY TO PLAY works alongside our Warranty, assistance and correct use information, which explains the main precautions for correctly using and maintaining products and how to request assistance when necessary.
Experience, inspection and assistance
READY TO PLAY reflects the way PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM has always approached this work: not simply selling a replica, but knowing it, checking it and being able to provide assistance after the sale.
This is why our new replicas include the following statement:
READY TO PLAY package included in the price: each replica is individually tested, checked and inspected before sale.
