Payment Methods

PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM offers several payment methods for both online orders and purchases collected from our store.

Bank Transfer

Payments made by bank transfer are normally verified within 1–4 business days.

Processing may be faster when the transfer is made from a UniCredit account. Your order will be processed once the payment has been confirmed.

Payment Upon Collection

For orders collected from our store, we accept:

• cash payments in euros;

• credit cards, excluding American Express and Diners Club;

• debit cards;

• PayPal.

Cash on Delivery

Cash-on-delivery orders must be paid in cash directly to the courier when the parcel is delivered.

A fixed surcharge of €5.00 applies to this payment method.

We recommend preparing the exact amount, as the courier may not be able to provide change.

Credit and Debit Cards

On our website, you can use the PayPal payment system to pay with most major eligible credit and debit cards.

For in-store payments, we accept most major cards, with the exception of American Express and Diners Club.

PayPal

You can pay for your order easily and securely through PayPal, using either your PayPal account or, where available, an eligible credit or debit card.

Payment must be completed within 48 hours of receiving our confirmation email. If payment is not completed within this period, the order will be cancelled automatically.

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale

To complete an order, the Customer must read and fully accept our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
