Version 1.0.4 — updated 1 October 2026
This page provides practical information on warranty rights, requests for assistance and correct use of products purchased from PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM.
This information supplements the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and does not restrict mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
1. Statutory guarantee
For new goods sold to consumers, PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM is liable for lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery that becomes apparent within two years.
For used products, where expressly stated in the terms of sale, the liability period may be reduced to 12 months within the limits permitted by law.
The statutory guarantee concerns original lack of conformity, not every failure that may occur during the guarantee period.
For online purchases, PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM makes the European Union harmonised notice on the legal guarantee of conformity available through the website and checkout process, in the format required by the applicable legislation. The order confirmation also contains a reminder with a link to the European page dedicated to legal guarantee rights.
The harmonised notice is provided for information purposes and does not replace the statutory guarantee rules applicable to consumers or any more favourable mandatory rights that may apply.
2. Withdrawal, statutory guarantee and assistance are different procedures
The right of withdrawal, the statutory guarantee of conformity and technical assistance are different legal and service procedures and must not be confused.
Withdrawal allows consumers, in the cases and within the periods provided by law for distance contracts or contracts negotiated away from business premises, to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.
The statutory guarantee instead concerns any lack of conformity of the product and may be exercised independently of the withdrawal period, within the statutory time limits.
Technical assistance concerns diagnosis, maintenance, repairs, installation or other work and may be separate from both withdrawal and the statutory guarantee.
Returning a product following withdrawal does not automatically constitute a guarantee claim; likewise, delivering a product for diagnosis or guarantee assessment is not treated as a declaration of withdrawal unless the consumer expressly states that intention.
3. Original lack of conformity and subsequent damage
A product may stop working for many reasons.
The presence of a failure does not automatically demonstrate an original lack of conformity.
Problems causally attributable, for example, to the following do not constitute original lack of conformity:
- normal wear;
- improper use;
- incorrect or insufficient maintenance;
- accidents or damage;
- incorrect installation;
- subsequent modifications or work;
- incompatible components;
- incompatible electrical power supply;
- reversed polarity or short circuits;
- incompatible pressures or gases;
- contamination, water, moisture or corrosion;
- deteriorated, dirty, deformed or incompatible BBs;
- continued use after obvious abnormalities have appeared, where this has caused further damage.
Any exclusion from the statutory guarantee is assessed according to the cause of the problem actually established.
4. READY TO PLAY
Where stated on the product page, new replicas are individually tested, inspected and checked by PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM before sale.
Depending on the product, the inspection may include:
- functional check;
- hop-up unit operation check;
- feeding test;
- electronic test;
- technical measurements;
- configuration check;
- recording the serial number where available;
- other checks considered useful.
Technical inspection data may be retained and subsequently used to compare the condition of the product.
READY TO PLAY does not replace or restrict the statutory guarantee.
5. Recommended power supply
Where a specific power supply is stated for a replica or component, the characteristics specified by the manufacturer or PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM must be observed.
Use of a different power supply may be technically assessed in the event of a malfunction.
6. Batteries
Voltage, technology, polarity, electrical characteristics, connector and any limits stated by the manufacturer must be observed.
The mere presence of a more powerful battery does not automatically exclude statutory guarantee rights: it must be established whether it actually caused the damage in question.
7. Battery chargers
Batteries must be charged using equipment compatible with their technology and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Charging accessories supplied by the manufacturer as initial equipment may have different characteristics from specialist chargers sold separately, without excluding statutory rights.
8. Polarity, wiring and electronics
Polarity and connector compatibility must be checked before connection.
Reversed polarity, short circuits, modified wiring, crushed or damaged wires, incorrect soldering and incompatible voltages may damage MOSFETs, ETUs and other electronic devices.
Where such conditions are causally responsible for the failure, the problem does not constitute an original lack of conformity.
9. BBs
Good-quality, intact, clean and correctly stored BBs must be used, with a nominal diameter of 5.95 mm and a tolerance compatible with the replica characteristics and manufacturer's specifications.
Where required or recommended for a specific product, a particular tolerance may be stated, for example 5.95 ± 0.01 mm.
Deformed, deteriorated, dirty, damaged or previously fired and recovered BBs must not be used.
10. Jams
If a jam occurs, do not continue repeatedly operating the replica.
Continued use may turn an initially limited problem into damage to the piston, gears, motor, electronics or other components.
11. Gas
Commercial gas names do not constitute a universal pressure standard.
Compatibility must be assessed on the basis of the replica's characteristics, operating temperature and manufacturer's instructions.
Use of gas at an inappropriate pressure may cause malfunctions or damage.
12. CO2
CO2 may only be used with products expressly designed for it.
Use of power systems not provided for by the manufacturer may cause damage not attributable to original defects.
13. HPA
For HPA systems, operating pressures, regulator characteristics and manufacturer's requirements must be observed.
Excessive pressures, contaminated air supply or incompatible configurations may cause malfunctions and damage.
14. Lubrication
Do not apply oils or lubricants indiscriminately.
Some products and materials require specific lubricants; other components, such as hop-up surfaces, electronic parts or certain internal areas, must not be contaminated.
If in doubt, ask for guidance before carrying out any work.
15. Cleaning and maintenance
Incorrect maintenance may impair operation and service life.
The manufacturer's instructions must be followed and compatible tools and products used.
16. Periodic maintenance
Replicas and mechanical or electronic components may require periodic checks and maintenance depending on their configuration, technical characteristics and intensity of use.
For particularly stressed configurations, high rates of fire or intensive use, PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM may recommend more frequent inspection intervals than for products in standard configuration.
Failure to carry out recommended maintenance does not automatically result in loss of statutory guarantee rights.
However, where damage or malfunction is causally attributable to absent, insufficient or incorrect maintenance, that problem does not constitute an original lack of conformity.
For specific builds or technical configurations, PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM may specify a dedicated maintenance programme. Any additional commercial guarantees linked to maintenance programmes will be stated separately and will not restrict the statutory guarantee provided by law.
17. Water, moisture and corrosion
Unless specifically stated by the manufacturer, products must not be regarded as waterproof.
Damage caused by water, moisture, oxidation or corrosion is assessed according to its actual cause.
18. Adjustments
Adjustments provided for by the manufacturer may normally be carried out by the user.
Adjustments beyond the specified limits, forcing or modifications may cause damage.
19. Components installed by the customer or third parties
Many products sold by PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM are components which, by their nature, are intended to be installed within more complex systems.
Examples include MOSFETs, ETUs, GATE TITAN, ASTER, hop-up units, motors, gears, HPA systems and many other spare parts.
Where PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM sells only the component and installation is carried out by the customer or a third party, the statutory guarantee concerns the conformity of the component sold.
A malfunction of the replica or complete system does not automatically demonstrate that the purchased component is defective.
The problem may result, among other things, from installation, work carried out on the gearbox or other parts, dimensional incompatibility, configuration, wiring, power supply, motor, gears, selector plate, sensors, aftermarket components, adjustments, software or settings, and interaction with other components.
For this reason PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM may request the elements necessary to determine whether the malfunction is actually attributable to the product sold.
20. Component guarantee and system diagnosis
The statutory guarantee for an individual component does not automatically include free diagnosis, servicing or repair of the entire replica or system in which it was installed.
Where examining the component separately is sufficient to assess it, PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM may request only that component.
Where the nature of the problem makes it technically necessary to check interaction with other elements, the replica or relevant parts may be requested.
Examination of the complete system is intended to identify the cause of the problem and does not automatically place components not sold by PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM under guarantee.
If the problem is attributable to components, work, configurations or interventions unrelated to the product sold, diagnosis, restoration or other work may be carried out for a fee after communication to or authorisation by the customer.
21. Removal and reinstallation of the component
Where a lack of conformity is established in a component that had been installed in a manner consistent with its nature and purpose before the defect became apparent, the applicable statutory provisions concerning removal of the non-conforming component and installation of the repaired or replacement product, or bearing the related costs, apply.
This does not require PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM to carry out free work, maintenance, corrections, modifications or repairs relating to components other than the non-conforming product where such activities are not necessary to restore conformity of the product sold.
22. Modifications and aftermarket components
The presence of modifications or aftermarket components does not automatically cause loss of statutory guarantee rights.
However, where damage is causally attributable to a modification, incompatible component or work carried out after the sale, that damage does not constitute an original defect in the product.
23. Opening and third-party work
Opening the product or work by a technician other than PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM does not automatically cause loss of statutory guarantee rights.
Any damage caused by such work remains distinct from an original defect in the product.
24. Technical seals
PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM may use seals or other indicators to document opening or work on certain components.
Removal or alteration of a seal does not automatically cause loss of statutory guarantee rights.
It may, however, constitute useful technical evidence when reconstructing work carried out on the product.
25. Components supplied by the customer
Where PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM installs a component supplied directly by the customer, it is responsible for the work performed within the limits provided by law but does not become the seller of that component.
Any inherent defect in the component must therefore be distinguished from any error in the work performed.
26. Stop use if abnormalities occur
Use must be stopped if, for example, abnormal noises, jams, sudden loss of performance, overheating, a burning smell, electronic irregularities, gas leaks or other clearly abnormal behaviour occur.
Continuing to use the product may cause further damage.
27. How to request assistance
Before shipping or delivering an item, customers are advised to contact PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM and provide:
- name;
- purchase reference;
- product;
- problem encountered;
- when the problem occurred;
- any modifications;
- configuration used;
- any work already carried out.
For electronic or technical components, further information may be requested concerning the battery, power supply, gas, pressure, BBs, wiring, configuration or other technically relevant elements.
28. Proof of purchase
To exercise statutory guarantee rights, it must be possible to prove the purchase from PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM and determine its date.
The fiscal receipt, invoice and order confirmation are normal means of proving the purchase.
Loss of the receipt does not automatically result in loss of statutory guarantee rights.
The purchase may also be proved by other suitable means recognised by law.
Where the sale can already be identified in PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM's systems, that information may be used to verify the purchase and its date.
PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM may request information necessary to identify the product concerned with reasonable certainty, especially where the model has no serial number or other unique identifier.
29. Products subsequently transferred to third parties
The statutory guarantee arises from the contract concluded between PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM and the consumer who made the purchase.
Subsequent sale, transfer or delivery of the product to another person does not create a new contract with PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM and does not restart the guarantee period.
Where a claim is submitted by someone other than the original purchaser, it may be necessary to identify the original purchase, product, delivery date, original purchaser, any serial number or other identifier, and the basis on which rights arising from the original contract are being exercised.
Mere physical possession of the product is not, by itself, considered proof of a new contractual relationship with PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM.
Any rights validly transferred under applicable law and any commercial guarantees offered by the manufacturer remain unaffected.
30. Burden of proof
Where a lack of conformity becomes apparent within one year of delivery, it is presumed, unless proved otherwise, to have existed at the time of delivery, unless that presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or of the defect.
PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM may therefore document technical evidence showing that the problem arose after delivery.
Where the defect becomes apparent after the first year from delivery, the consumer must demonstrate that the lack of conformity was already present at the time of delivery, even if it became apparent later.
The mere fact that a product fails within two years therefore does not automatically constitute proof of an original lack of conformity.
31. Sending items for assessment
Before shipment, PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM may specify which items need to be sent.
Where the product or component concerned is sufficient, accessories or other components not required for assessment should not be sent.
If other elements are subsequently required for diagnosis, PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM will request them.
This procedure does not restrict obligations concerning removal and reinstallation of a non-conforming product where the statutory conditions are met.
32. Acceptance and diagnosis
On arrival, the item may be documented by photographs, serial number, external condition, configuration, accessories delivered, measurements, electronic tests, mechanical tests, software diagnostics and other technically appropriate checks.
Diagnosis is intended to identify, as far as technically possible, the nature and cause of the problem.
33. Outcome of diagnosis
Depending on the case, the outcome may be classified as:
- established lack of conformity;
- problem consistent with a lack of conformity;
- cause cannot be determined and further investigation is required;
- technically documented subsequent damage;
- normal wear or deterioration;
- problem not reproduced.
The decision concerning statutory guarantee coverage is made on the basis of the technical findings and applicable provisions.
34. Work under the statutory guarantee
Where a lack of conformity is established, the remedies provided by the Italian Consumer Code apply.
Repair or replacement is carried out free of charge for the consumer under the conditions provided by law.
Where applicable, this also includes the necessary removal and reinstallation of a product that was correctly installed before the defect became apparent.
35. Problem not covered by the statutory guarantee
Where diagnosis establishes that the problem does not constitute a lack of conformity, PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM may offer paid work.
Diagnostic costs may be charged where communicated in advance.
No further paid work is carried out without the customer's approval where a new quotation is required.
36. Completed items not collected
When the item is ready, or when diagnosis and quotation are available, the customer is contacted using the contact details provided.
The customer is responsible for keeping their contact details correct and up to date.
If the item is not collected, further reminders may be sent.
Storage charges may be applied only where communicated in advance or validly agreed and within the limits permitted by law.
Failure to collect does not automatically transfer ownership of the item to PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM.
Any rights of retention and other remedies provided by law remain applicable where the relevant conditions are met.
37. Questions before use
If there is any doubt concerning compatibility, battery, gas, pressure, BBs, installation, lubrication, configuration or maintenance, customers are advised to contact PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM before using or modifying the product.
A prior check may prevent damage to the product or other components.
38. Consumer rights
The information on this page is intended to facilitate correct technical management of products and assistance requests.
It does not replace or restrict mandatory rights granted to consumers by the Italian Consumer Code and applicable law.
