READY TO PLAY – New Airsoft Replica Setup & Tuning

Bought a brand-new airsoft replica from another retailer and want to make sure it's properly prepared? Bring it to the PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM technical workshop. With READY TO PLAY, we do more than check whether it fires. We inspect its operation, clean the relevant components and take care of the adjustments that can make a difference to a replica straight out of the box.

Features and technical specifications

• Exclusively for new airsoft replicas purchased from other retailers
• General inspection of the replica and its main components
• Functional checks of controls, fire selectors and firing cycle
• BB feeding and hop-up system inspection
• Power measurement using a chronograph
• Power adjustment according to the replica's technical characteristics
• Inner barrel and hop-up bucking cleaning
• Motor height inspection and adjustment on compatible AEG replicas to improve pinion-to-bevel gear engagement and reduce mechanical noise
• Inspection of mounting points and reduction of unwanted RIS and handguard play where technically possible
• Initial setup and basic programming of compatible electronic systems, including Specna Arms HAL, Kylin and similar units
• Final test firing and functional inspection

More than a basic function check

Even a brand-new replica can have a few details that deserve attention: a motor that hasn't been properly adjusted, a slightly loose handguard, residue inside the barrel or electronic settings that still need configuring.

These issues don't always prevent a replica from working, but they're worth checking.

That's why we take the time to inspect each replica, listen to how its mechanism runs, measure its power output and carry out the appropriate accessible adjustments. Our aim is to hand over a replica that has been carefully inspected and prepared with the same attention we give to our regular workshop setups.

The procedures depend on the replica's operating system and construction. READY TO PLAY is not a custom upgrade or a complete gearbox overhaul. Repairs, replacement parts and additional work are assessed and agreed upon separately.

This service is exclusively intended for new replicas. Pre-owned replicas can be handled through our other technical workshop services.

READY TO PLAY is the same preparation service we provide for new airsoft replicas purchased from PRIMOREGGIMENTO.COM, where it is already included in the purchase price.

It's simply how we work. A replica doesn't go straight from our stockroom to the customer. Before delivery, we inspect it, test it and take care of its initial preparation.

If you purchased your new replica elsewhere, you're welcome to bring it to our workshop and give it the same level of technical attention.
