The Tourniquet NOW!TM Strap (TNS) is two elastic loops that secure a NATO style webbing tourniquet while only taking up 3 vertical MOLLE loops – a great alternative to rubber bands. The TNS is compatible with any MOLLE platform and also fits perfectly on top of the Trauma Kit NOW!TM or on either side of the Admin Pouch (sold separately from Blue Force Gear). The TNS can also hold a pair of flex- cuffs securely to a MOLLE platform. One of the most effective and simplest lifesaving devices, everyone, no matter what field of operation, should have one readily available.
